Coronavirus / Covid-19 Update
We are still sending orders to the majority of locations. Please check below for exceptions. Because of the restrictions in place with our delivery partners and our own efforts to ensure a safe environment for our team, orders are likely to take longer than usual to dispatch and be delivered. We apologise for the fact that the extraordinary situation at present necessitates this.
Unfortunately, because our workshops are closed due to government guidelines, we are currently unable to offer personalisation services such as engraving and embossing.
Please see below for the latest updates from our delivery partners on restrictions currently in place. If you are ordering from any of the areas below, please be advised that we are temporarily unable to deliver to locations where service is suspended. Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions. We continue to deliver to all other areas as normal.
Delivery Restrictions: Europe
Austria: Service has been suspended in the following areas: 5611 Grossarl, 5612 Huettschlag, 5630 Bad Hofgastein, 5632 Dorfgastein, 5640 & 5645 Bad Gastein, 6450 Soelden, 6452 Hochsoelden, 6456 Obergurgl, Hochgurgl, 6458 Vent, 6553 See, Paznaun, 6555 Kappl, 6561 Ischgl, 6562 Mathon, 6563 Galtuer, 6580 St. Anton am Arlberg, St. Christoph, 6762 Stuben, 6763 Zuers, 6764 Lech, 6767 Warth, 6888 Schroecken, 8972 Ramsauam Dachstein, 9844 Heiliigenblut, 5542 Flachau, 6710 Nenzig.
France:Service has been suspended in Mulhouse and there is a partial service suspension in Metz.
Germany: Service has been suspended due to a quarantine (COVID-19) for Jessen and Schweinizas parts of postcode 06917 until the 10th April.
Greenland: Service has been suspended until further notice.
Italy: Service has been suspended in the following areas - Avellino , Ariano Irpino, Atena Lucana, Caggiano, Forlì, Medicina, Sala Consilina , Salerno Polla.
Norway: Pick up and Delivery delays due to restrictions set by the Government. Potential postcodes impacted : 2448-2584, 7295-7387 and 8003-9990.
Uzbekistan: Service has been suspended until further notice.
Delivery Restrictions: Asia Pacific
China (Peoples Republic): DHL have resumed operations, except for Hubei province which remains suspended.
India: Services remains suspended until further notice due to country lock-down by the Indian Government.
Lao Peoples Democratic Republic: The government has imposed a country holiday between 1st–19thApril. Service will be suspended for this duration.
Nepal:The government has announced nation-wide shutdown and this will include DHL Operations until further notice.
Philippines (The): DHL continue to operate, however some remote areas may have limited service.
Sri Lanka: Curfew has been implemented by government and currently DHL operations are suspended until further notice.

Libya: Service suspended until further notice.
Iraq: Service suspended until further notice.
Delivery Restrictions: Americas
Cuba: Service temporarily suspended
St. Eustatius: Service temporarily suspended
Venezuela: Service temporarily suspended
Delivery Restrictions: Sub Saharan Africa
Service temporarily suspended in the following countries: Comoros, Guinea-Bissau, Mayotte, Mauritius, Sao Tome and Principe, Seychelles, Somalia, Somaliland, South Africa, Madagascar, Rwanda.

All Asprey orders are dispatched from London, United Kingdom. Please be aware that because the situation is dynamic, our delivery timings at present may be subject to change without notice. When will my order be delivered?
Orders are typically delivered within 5 working days.
If you are ordering products covered by CITES to a country outside the UK and EU, your order will be subject to extended delivery timings due to documentary requirements. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of merchandise made from CITES listed animals from outside the United Kingdom and European Union. For more on Asprey and CITES click here.
I missed the courier for my delivery, how do I reschedule?
The courier should have left a delivery slip with a tracking number on it. Please telephone the number on the slip, quoting your tracking number to reschedule your delivery.

How can I track my parcel?
You can view your order status online and obtain the information to track your delivery. You can do this any time by logging in to your account.
Your order may have one of three possible statuses; In Processing, Dispatched or Cancelled. However, we can provide additional information at anytime by telephone or email.
Can my order be delivered today?
Unfortunately, we do not offer same day delivery. If it is urgent, please contact Customer Services on 0800 652 5195 from within the UK or +44 (0)207 758 8800 from outside the UK or email customerservices@asprey.com.
How will you ship my order?
For orders under £25,000 we use various courier services.
Please note this applies to delivery addresses in the United Kingdom only.
All parcels dispatched within the United Kingdom will be delivered Monday to Friday between 9.00am-5.30pm and will require a signature upon delivery. This however does not apply to Bank Holidays. Please kindly ensure that there will be someone to sign for the parcel at the delivery address. In the event no one is available to sign, the courier will leave a card for you to contact them and arrange a date for redelivery.
Any change of address will need to be made directly with us.
We always recommend that you provide us with a business address for deliveries, as there is always likely to be someone who can sign on your behalf.
Delivery to APO/BFPO and PO BOX addresses is not currently available.

Can I specify a delivery date?
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on a specific day.

Will I have to pay any Import Duty if I am purchasing from abroad?
Customs or handling charges that may be charged in the destination country are beyond our control and we are unable to accept any responsibility for these.
Any such charges will be required to be settled on receipt of the goods.
Returns
Can I return my product if it has been Personalised?
We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on any item that has been personalised.
Additionally, we regret we are unable to refund shipping costs.
How should I return a product?
